Process Engineering, Not a Catalogue Plant
Bulgur quality is decided by the wheat — variety, hardness, moisture — and by how it is cooked, dried and cracked. A plant designed around one nominal wheat behaves differently on the next harvest. DOKTEK's approach starts from the raw material and the target product (coarse, fine, extra-fine, whole) and engineers the chain of stages to it.
This is why the page speaks of solutions and projects rather than a machine: the deliverable is an engineered process with its equipment, control and integration, sized and configured for the customer.
