01 · DOKTEK CUT
Vision-guided stem cutting, topping and trimming, plus disc slicing and dicing, for vegetables that arrive in random size, shape and orientation.
Automated stem and calyx removal using machine vision and precision motion on a continuous conveyor.

02 · DOKTEK ROLL · FILL
Stuffed-leaf rolling and dolma filling — the manual food operations that resist conventional machinery. Dosing and fold stations for stuffed leaves are built and running in DOKTEK's own pilot; cored-vegetable filling is a separate engineering project.
